Yes! We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the receipt of your product as long as the product is unworn and in its original, new condition. 

Standard: 3-5 business days

Holidays / Promotional Periods: 5-7 business days

*Our team will process your refund, however receipt of the funds will vary depending on your financial institution's policy. Usually takes from 7-10 business days for the amount to be reflected into your account.

If you cannot locate your package, we first suggest that you check with neighbors or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf. If you still can’t find your package, there are a few likely possibilities. The first is the possibility of a carrier mishap meaning they mis-delivered your package. The second is that the package may have been stolen.

Unfortunately package theft has been on the rise and our packages are no exception. While we cannot take responsibility for theft, we are happy to reach out to UPS and file a claim on your behalf. Once you’ve confirmed that you’ve exhausted all options to find your package, please contact our team (info@dukeandearl.com) and we will initiate a claim with UPS. This will prompt UPS to investigate the delivery. If they find that there is a possibility of a mistake on their end, the claim will be approved and our support team will work with you to replace your order.*

If your claim is not approved, we will not issue a refund or replacement. 

We're sorry, but we do not ship to international destinations for orders placed online.

Once your order is placed, it will ship within two business day. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Please allow up to three business days for order processing during sale times and the holidays. Standard shipping takes four to seven business days, depending on your location. International shipments will show shipping estimates at checkout.

 Unfortunately, we cannot expedite custom orders as they are coming directly from our factory in Spain.
